Rugged Tough Devices

While we offer a wide range of tracking devices, RockSTAR is the toughest. It’ll cope with being dropped, thrown, and submerged. It’s waterproof, works in extreme temperatures, and has survived months at sea.

Real-Time Location Stamps White

Real-time Location Stamps

If you need to send help to your lone worker, you need to know where they are with pinpoint-accuracy. Our globally-enabled solutions give you this peace of mind, so you can find your people quickly in an emergency.

Check In Alert Lone Workers White

Missed Check-In Alerts

You can set up time-based alerts for missed check-ins, and automatically change the frequency of these based on the user’s location within or outside a geofenced area. This is an ideal safety feature when the risks are high.

Real-time Position Monitoring

Our real-time, cloud-based dashboard gives you real-time visibility of where your team members are – their exact location, speed and heading – no matter where they are on the globe.

  • Easy to use
  • Optimized for small screens
  • Remotely update the transmission frequency of your devices
  • Initiate Over The Air (OTA) upgrades.

NB: if you already have a tracking platform that you’ve purchased or developed, our developer API makes it easy for you to pass data through to your preferred destination.

Historical-Positions-Report

Historical Position Reporting and Event Tracking

Step through historic positions to see precisely where each of your team members were at a given date and time.

  • Report includes longitude, latitude, course and speed*
  • Speed monitoring report – analyze the speed of your asset over time
  • Timeline of historical device events such as signal loss, and the start/finish of journey.

Instant Alert Notifications

RockSTAR supports multiple alert options, chief among them the red button for emergency assistance. Pushing this button not only notifies all of the nominated contacts, it also appears visually in the dashboard, date and time-stamped.

  • Visual alerting when an asset has pushed the red button
  • Quickly identify and address any potential issues.

RockSTAR also features programmable check-in countdown timers, and a ‘high risk’ feature that allows you to reduce the time between check-ins when your team member enters or exits a geofence.

Alert features and notifications are available on all Rock tracking devices (also including RockAIR, RockFLEET, and RockDASH).

Map-Based Interface

With multiple mapping options available, including terrain and satellite imagery, you can choose the one that best suits your needs.

  • Flexible asset descriptions – upload images of your team members or vehicles, and add important notes to personalize your user experience
  • Organize your team members into useful groups for ease of management

NB: if you already have a tracking platform that you’ve purchased or developed, our developer API makes it easy for you to pass data through to your preferred destination.

There are, of course, many more data points we could put into a comparison chart like this; we’ve tried to choose the ones that highlight the greatest differences between the devices. All are very effective, it just depends how you intend to use them!

“Our systems have proven their life-saving faculty on multiple occasions. We have built our reputation on the reliability of the RockSTAR and the data it provides. It’s how we are able to host some of the most high-risk events for both our UK military and civilian clients alike.”
