in this class right now is to make sure that you can fix a problem when it happens...

TROUBLESHOOTING TIP 1
Reboot everything, including the computer. Sometimes you just have to see if something simply locked up on the computer.
TROUBLESHOOTING TIP 2
Figure out what the problem isn't. For example, you are not able to access the MSS online, but everything appears to be connected and working. First try to see if you can access the Router by typing in its IP address of 129.168.0.1... if you can't access the router, then you know it is not the MSS that is the problem.
Reduce the possible problems, and you can zero in on what the actual problem is.
