a. Installing bird on the wire TV adapter kits.
First, understand which satellite a customer is using for their Direcway service.
Next, know which satellite they are using for the Direct TV service.
At that point, you should be able to know which BOW (bird-on-wire) kit you need to purchase for your customer.
Note: It is possible to use both Kits A & B together when using SatMex 5
