Both platforms are excellent for VPN and VOIP application due to stabilization technologies to reduce link noise from rain and other atmospheric anomalies. Advanced signal processing technology dramatically reduces bit errors by identifying and correcting errors as they occur. Standard TCP/IP congestion controls are eliminated and replaced with proprietary controls designed for satellite communication. Satellite latency is also reduced with low network overhead using protocol proxy software that maintains compete full TCP/IP standards for plug and play compatibility. Combine all of these technologies, and Ground Control satellite services are ideal for professional communications.

Oversubscription Notice - Please be aware of OVERSUBSCRIPTION problems with some satellite companies. Oversubscription can slow your speed down to a crawl at busy times. Companies advertise high speeds, but these plans are not representative of what is actually delivered throughout the day. Our prices are competitive for the performance & speed professional organizations require.

CIR Notice (Committed Information Rate)
CIR always means dedicated, non-contended bandwidth – 1:1 ratio. Other providers claim to include CIR into their standard bandwidth packages – stating you will receive a specific CIR for 80-90% of the time. THIS IS NOT CIR. You should be extremely careful when you see this offered as it is misleading and is not an accurate representation of CIR. Ground Control aims to provide the most accurate and true representation of our bandwidth packages in order to properly set expectations and put you in the most suitable package that meets your needs. Please speak with a sales associate about this very real problem.

Auto Acquire Solutions - Make your fixed dish move
	An added option to any fixed system is the Auto-Acquire hardware attachment that turns your fixed dish into one that can be moved, or repointed without requiring a service call. Auto-Acquire systems also point at multiple satellites in case one satellite becomes saturated. These systems require no added wire runs to and from the dish. Alternate Network Routing - Disaster Proof your Business
	Stay connected to the Internet when disaster strikes with a backup satellite system.
